ESC 2025: record start for ticket sales – first wave of tickets sold out

The first wave of ticket sales for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2025 in Basel got off to a flying start today. Tickets for the live shows sold out within 7 minutes. Preview shows sold out within 20 minutes. The first wave of sales went smoothly, and the high demand shows the enormous enthusiasm for the world's favourite music event. A total of 42’000 tickets were sold.

Fans who were unable to get a ticket today but have registered should not give up hope, as there will be more ticket sales in the coming months. So the chance to be there live at the ESC 2025 in Basel remains. The exact dates of these sales waves will be announced in good time to give as many fans as possible a chance. 

Furthermore, ticket sales for the "Arena plus", the large public viewing event at the St. Jakob-Park stadium in Basel, will start tomorrow, Thursday, 30 January 2025, at 10 a.m. There, around 36,000 fans will have the opportunity to watch on large screens the final show on Saturday, 17 May, with an extraordinary pre-show featuring Anna Rossinelli, DJ Antoine and Baby Lasagna in a unique atmosphere. Further acts will be announced in the coming weeks.
