Apprenticeship training

The trainees gain insights into a total of six departments in General Management during the three-year apprenticeship. They will have several internships to discover the production process, amongst others at the Studio of the Federal Parliament (Studio Bundeshaus) and in the SRF radio studio in Bern. The trainees attend the WKS college in Bern twice a week in the 1st and 2nd year and once a week in the 3rd year.

Qualification: Federal VET Diploma in commerce

Apprenticeships starting in August 2025 are advertised in Summer 2024.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school leavers with good grades
  • Logical and analytical thinking skills
  • Interest in economic correlations
  • Good knowledge of German and foreign languages 
  • Hard-working, committed

  • Good teamwork

General Management offers one-day taster placements for interested school pupils. The number of taster places is limited.
